Royal Schiphol Group is the owner and operator of Amsterdam Airport Schiphol, Rotterdam The Hague Airport and Lelystad Airport, ensuring optimal connectivity for the Netherlands. We were thrilled to edit their 2024 annual report, transforming complex information into clear, engaging content that communicates their message with ease.
Royal Schiphol Group outlined a content plan consisting of four rounds of edits. We assigned one of our copywriters as the point of contact, keeping everything streamlined and providing updates throughout the process. We began with a thorough first draft, followed by three rounds of fine-tuning, incorporating feedback at every stage. Throughout the process, we worked closely with their copywriters and teams, hopping into meetings to fully understand their vision and ensure the report truly reflected their goals.
With approximately 20 contributors—each with a unique style and voice—we leveraged our expertise to unify these perspectives into a cohesive, consistent and compelling report that captured the essence of the Royal Schiphol Group’s message.
